• As an active runner I frequently experience hip and lower back pain. Due to this, I sought out Dr. Hare because of his expertise in Active Release Therapy (ART). As a medical doctor, I felt ART was the best option for me because it is the most advanced and comprehensive soft tissue technique available; providing a way to diagnose and treat the underlying causes of the pain. I have had a wonderful experience at Dr. Hare’s office from the friendly and accommodating office staff to the treatment therapy. I am happy to say that my sessions with Dr. Hare have allowed me to continue running pain free..

  • Being active is not a choice for me; it’s my life. As a full-time fitness specialist, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as a triathlete, I can’t afford to slow down. Over the last few years nagging pains have been a part of my day to day life, but when they became so painful that I could no longer do daily activities, I sought out Dr. Hare for help. Over the last few months Dr. Hare has been using ART and Graston Technique to treat multiple injuries that I feared would end my triathlon season. Thanks to Dr. Hare’s patience, and willingness to work with me on a regular basis, I have had my most successful triathlon season yet with 2 overall wins and multiple age-group wins under my belt. A week ago I could hardly walk because of extreme pain in my foot and hip. I saw Dr. Hare for treatment mid-week, and yesterday I not only finished 1st overall female, but was able to hold a 7:30/mile pace PAIN FREE! As a fitness professional, I would recommend Dr. Hare to any of my clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and has put thousands of hours into perfecting his techniques. On top of that, he continues to study and expand what he has already learned in order to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to treating injuries or issues of any kind. I cannot thank Dr. Hare enough for all of the hard work he has put into treating me and helping me continue on my journey..

  • Many thanks for helping me in preparation for Ironman Lake Placid July 25th. Dr. Hare was an integral part of my program; leveraging ART and the Graston Technique. My goal of competing in Lake Placid was very much in doubt after I was hit by a motorist while on a training ride 6 weeks before the race. I spent 6 hours in ER. With Dr. Hare's help, I was able to bounce back and compete at Lake Placid. Life is not a spectator sport!
