• I am now able to run again… Fitness in general has always been an important part of my life. Soccer, Football, Track, Gymnastics, College Cheerleading, Running, Barefoot Waterskiing, Snow Boarding, Hiking, Biking, Wake Boarding, Rock Clim...bing- Anything that gets me moving. I ran my first marathon back in 2000, but developed IT Band problems and couldn’t run more than 15 minutes without extreme pain ever since. So I stopped running and focused on other sports I could do. I met Dr. Hare through CrossFit Strong and have been a patient of his for 5 months now. Through ART, he has helped my IT band issues extensively and I am now able to run again. Where I first could only run about 10 minutes, I can now go for 30. I ran my first 5K Race in 9 years last weekend and finished 11th in my age group (35-40) with a PR in 21:36. He has helped me with other minor training setbacks as well and is very thoughtful and interested in his patients well being. I appreciate him every time I hit the road for a run… pain free!.

  • I can get back on the links… Dr. Hare has helped relieve the pain from my hip and back so I can get back on the links. I highly recommend Dr. Hare to all of my students and anyone who plays golf! He will help the pain go away and prevent injury for good..

  • On my feet and running, biking, and swimming again… There is nothing more frustrating than having to train through an injury; the longer the training mileage, the greater the risk. After completing my first Ironman in 2008, I suffered a series of injuries. Dr. Hare has gotten me on my feet and running, biking, and swimming again. His expertise in Active Release Technique is a testiment to my increased strenth, speed, and overall health..

  • No left knee pain at all… I did awesome at the Ironman. No left knee pain at all!!! I finished in 15:16 which is about 1.5 hrs faster than I thought I would. I would not have been able to do it without you – thank you soooooo much!.

  • With 15 years of powerlifting in my background, I had consulted with numerous doctors through the years to address my many aches and pains from consistent heavy lifting. A recent transition to strongman competition had only served to make it all worse, when I found Dr. Hare in mid-2008. Dr. Hare used Active Release Technique to treat my shoulder, elbow and hamstring injuries, and I saw immediate improvement. With the torture I treat my body to regularly, it’s a constant process to stay on top of my new ailments, but Dr. Hare invests the time in each session to help maintain what’s working and improve on the new issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Hare to anyone who is suffering from sports-related pain or injuries..
